We offer a free and no obligation personal visit from one of our business development team who will be happy to meet with you at your location to better discuss your requirements. There are many factors that come to bear when considering a sign and after 10 successful years in the industry, we are in an excellent position to help give you the right information to allow you to make an informed choice.

We can show you examples of previous work carried out and samples of various materials and what impact they will have on your sign.

Quotation

Once we are happy that we fully understand your requirements we will prepare a fixed price quotation for you which will be valid for 30 days upon issue.

50% Deposit

Should you wish to proceed with the quotation and you are not already an approved account holder then we require a 50% deposit including VAT so that we can process your order. As every sign we manufacture is custom made we cannot sell a sign made for a specific client to another customer, it is only valid for that client. Only after three completed orders will an account form be issued.

Design

We will then design your sign within your specified parameters. It is common these days for designers to either provide ready-made artwork on a CD or via e-mail but if we are designing your logo or layout from scratch then you can expect a finished proof within 3 working days. You are free to make any alterations to your proof at no extra charge and once approved we require that it is signed before we manufacture your sign(s).

Manufacture

Because the vast majority of signs can be made on site this gives us the ability to offer fast turn-a-round times. Typically five to seven working days for the majority of manufactured signs. As little as 48 hrs for digitally printed banners but more complex signs involving metal work, lighting or neon may require up to fifteen working days. Every sign is quality checked before it leaves the premises.

Install

We have a very experienced installation team who have been with us for a number of years, so should your sign require fitting then we can arrange this for you at your convenience during normal business operating hours. Should you wish to install your own sign then we are happy to offer any advice.

Installation can be included in the price or marked separately should you wish for the option to install yourself.
